Located on the 6th floor, this 3-bedroom apartment available to rent receives plenty of natural light. The 110 m² property can sleep up to 8 people and comes with cozy rooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and modern appliances. The living room has exterior views and comes with comfy seating, a dining table, and TV. The apartment has wood flooring and vintage-style decor.

On Plaza de Manuel Becerra, you are on the border of the Fuente del Berro and Salamanca districts. You are just minutes from Calle e Alcalá, whic is lined with fast food, upscale restaurants, and plenty of shopping options. You are also very well-connected by Metro, with several stops within 10 minutes of the apartment. There are small parks nearby and the Las Ventas Bullring.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is spacious and bright.
  • Marcos, our Homechecker, loved the apartment, especially bedroom 3.
  • We love the storage space next to the washing machine – practical!
  • You are right next to shopping street, Calle de Alcalá.
