This modern 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Demetrio Sanchez in Fuente del Berro is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space, alongside a breakfast nook. This 80m² property has a bright, spacious bathroom that has a large mirror, bathtub-shower, and marble sink. There is lots of built-in storage space and a separate laundry/cleaning room.
Located in Fuente del Berro, you will be under 10-minutes' walk away from the nearest grocery store. There are several cafes and restaurants in the area. You are also 5 minutes away from Quinta de la Fuente del Berro, a large public park. The apartment is equally distant away from 3 different metro stations, each serving different lines, to take you where you need to be.
What we liked the most
- The separate laundry and cleaning room will make it easy to store away your cleaning products.
- There is plenty of built-in storage throughout the apartment and in the bedrooms. The living space has a large built-in cabinet.
- The bathroom is bright and modern, and has a large mirror and bathtub shower.
- You are located near several metro stations.
- A/C and heating will keep you warm all year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 3 is not yet furnished, the landlady can leave as is or put a bed in there upon request.
