This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de la Princesa, in Argüelles, is available to rent. The 55 m² property has polished wooden floors, a comfortable living room with a cozy couch. The kitchen is open plan with all the essentials, including a 4-burner stove, an oven, a large dining table, and a cool bar area with barstools.
The bedroom has lots of natural light from the balcony, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and a heated towel rack.
The apartment is located in Argüelles, a centrally located barrio right next door to Malasaña. This neighbourhood allows you to live central, but also in a peaceful little pocket of the city. It's a handy spot for students, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars close by.
