This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is on a quiet street in the heart of the Malasaña district. With 2 exterior balconies and high ceilings, the 50 m² property feels spacious and bright. There is a separate living and dining area, which creates a cozy area to relax or entertain. There is a compact kitchen, but it comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The bedroom is well-decorated and has 2 wardrobes, a comfy double bed, and an AC unit.
Malasaña is a trendy neighborhood in the center of Madrid, known for its vintage shops, hipster bars, and lively nightlife. On Calle del Barco, you have all of this plus easy access to other popular areas such as Chueca and Gran Vía. There are plenty of restaurants worth trying, but if you like food markets be sure to head over to Mercado de San Ildefonso or Mercado de San Antón. You also have 2 of the city's main shopping streets, Gran Vía and Fuencarral, within 5 minutes of the apartment.
