This cosy 1-bedroom apartment is located on Calle de Toledo, in the pleasant neighbourhood of La Latina. The 45 m² property offers a convenient kitchen and modern bathroom space. The living room is well furnished and opens up onto a balcony which looks over fantastic street views. The bedroom is spacious and provides much storage space with drawers and a three door wardrobe.
The apartment is located near the La Latina metro, excellent restaurants and bars, surrounded by picturesque squares. This lively area will make a fantastic base to explore the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very close to La Latina station and various restaurants.
- There is AC and central heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a 3-door wardrobe.
- The balcony faces the stunning Real Colegiata de San Isidro y Nuestra Señora del Buen Consejo Cathedral.
- You will find a supermarket nearby.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
