This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid Centro is ideal for a couple or individual. This property is perfect if you appreciate interior design. There is dark wood flooring throughout, complemented by industrial and vintage pieces. The living room is a large, open space with a bar dining table, comfy L-shaped couch, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is also quite spacious and comes equipped with everything you need to cook, in addition to modern appliances. The bedroom is en-suite and opens up onto a small balcony overlooking the street below.
On Calle Lope de Vega, you are in the heart of Madrid but on pleasant tranquil street. Everything is at your fingertips, but you can always come home to some peace and quiet. There is a Metro stop just 2 minutes away, as well as numerous tapas bars, shops, and even a cinema. You are 1 stop away from the Atocha area, which is where you'll find all of Madrid's amazing museums. Cultural Sunday anyone?
