This modern 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Santa Susana, in Hortaleza, is newly renovated, and is very bright and clean. The 50 m² apartment has a dining room, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a laundry area, and a great 25m² private terrace.
Located in the Hortaleza area, this property is surrounded by restaurants, cafés and bars. The public library and supermarket are both within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment has been newly renovated, and is very modern and clean.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout this apartment.
- The washing machine has its own room, allowing for more space in the kitchen/bathroom.
- The apartment has its own private terrace, with a table and chairs and shade umbrella.
- The apartment is in a lively area, close to public transport, as well as lots of restaurants.
