This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Paseo de las Delicias, in the neighbourhood of Delicias, is nicely decorated and cozy. The 30 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa bed, television, and an extendable dining table. There is also a modern bathroom with storage space.
The apartment is located in a central yet quiet area, a short walk from the Manzanares River. The Matadero Madrid arts centre is located nearby, and you will find shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- There is an AC unit, which can also be used as a heater.
- The modern kitchen has an oven, washing machine, and microwave.
- There is a sofa bed in the living room, ideal to welcome guests.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- Madrid Rio nearby provides an excellent place to relax or exercise outdoors.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior, and does not receive much natural light.
- The wardrobe in the bedroom does not have doors.
