A gorgeous 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent in the heart of Madrid's city center. The apartment has a stylish living room with lovely wood floors, where you can relax on the green sofa and watch TV, or step out onto the small balcony for some fresh air and incredible views of the charming buildings on your street. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large dining table.
All 3 bedrooms are sunny and spacious, and each is fully furnished with either a double bed or twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, 1 of which is ensuite. In both bathrooms, you'll find large showers and plenty of storage space under the sink for all your things.
You'll be living in Madrid's historic and vibrant city center, just a short walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol and characteristic La Latina and Lavapiés neighborhoods. Around the apartment, you'll find lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, theaters, and shops to enjoy.
