This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Calle del Tribulete, in Lavapiés, covers an area of 40 m² and has a modern open plan layout. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your meals, while the living area is furnished with a dining table and TV. The bathroom is compact, but modern and nicely tiled.
The apartment is centrally located, in a lively multicultural area with plenty to see and do. Plaza Lavapies is just around the corner, and offers a Metro station, large supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and very cozy.
- The kitchen is equipped with brand new accessories and offers good storage space.
- The flat screen television can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- Javier the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- From this fantastic location you can walk to Puerta del Sol, El Retiro Park, and the Plaza Mayor.
- There is an e-bike station nearby so you can explore the city on 2 wheels.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
- Bedroom 2 did not have a bed at the time of our visit, but the landlord will provide one by the time you move in.
- The bedrooms don't have doors and have low ceilings.
