This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle de Preciados is located on the 4th floor. Don’t worry, there is an elevator so you don’t have to lug your groceries up the stairs. It’s an ideal little spot for professionals and post-grad students. There's an open-plan kitchen and living area, and there is a lovely French balcony facing the interior patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine. The rest of the area is furnished with a 2-seat table and a sofa. After a long day, you can hop into the shower in the modern bathroom, then retire to your cozy bedroom.
Centro is the lively downtown core of Madrid and you’ll feel it pulse during various festivals throughout the year. Even without traditional celebrations, you’re only 4 minutes away from Puerta del Sol. You’re bound to see plenty of action. There are numerous sightseeing opportunities everywhere you turn. There are also a number of wonderful theaters and restaurants to explore. There is even a cinema just 2 minutes from your door. And Café Berlin concert hall is also close. You’ll find ample shops for everyday needs and there is a Dia supermarket just up the road.
