This 92 m² apartment available to rent is in a great location in Madrid Centro. The cozy property has a spacious living room with a balcony that overlooks a bustling plaza below. The room is completely furnished with a large couch, flat-screen TV, and a glass dining table. The equipped kitchen is attached with a narrow bar/counter top that looks into the living room, a perfect layout for entertaining. Down the main corridor you have the cozy bedroom and the full bathroom.
The property does, in fact, have a second bedroom. However, it is used for the storage of the landlady's personal belongings and therefore cannot be used.
On Plaza Tirso de Molina, this apartment is on the border of the vibrant Lavapiés district and Madrid's historic city center and is also just a short walk away to another popular neighborhood, La Latina. Surrounded by such lively areas you will have your pick of delicious tapas, laid back bars, and plenty of cute shops.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a great place to get fresh air and people watch.
- We love the big and bright living room.
- There is a king-size bed in the bedroom.
- The location is amazing, within walking distance to some of Madrid's most colorful neighborhoods!
