This spacious 1-bedroom apartment on Glorieta Puente de Segovia, in Puerta del Ángel, covers an area of 70 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The bright exterior property has a gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa, TV, and dining table. There is 1 ensuite bathroom as well as a separate toilet room.
The apartment is located in a tranquil and green area, right in between the gorgeous Casa de Campo park and Madrid Rio. The city centre is within walking distance, and you will find several shops, restaurants, and cafes in the streets surrounding the apartment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- There is AC and central heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The ensuite bathroom is beautifully tiled.
- Marcos the homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
- The apartment boasts an excellent location, surrounded by nature while being close to the city centre.
- The Royal Palace is a 20-minute walk away.
