This 45 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Arturo Soria neighborhood is a stunning property with a minimalist and futuristic design. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and living room that not only opens up onto a large terrace, but is covered in windows providing beautiful views of the surrounding greenery and filling it with light. There is an all-white fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances that allows for a sleek and space saving design. The bedroom is separated by a sliding door which also allows you to incorporate it into the main living space.
This property in Arturo Soria provides you a more tranquil city life than what you may expect from Madrid. About 30 minutes northwest of the city center, you are well-connected by public transport but are surrounded by parks and residential buildings. Right across the street, you have a coffee shop and around the corner you can find restaurants and a grocery store.
What we liked the most
