This beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Paseo Delicias, in Legazpi is 65 m² and comes equipped with AC. The exterior property has a charming open plan kitchen and living area with a TV that opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. There is also a mezzanine level which could be used as a second sleeping area.
The apartment is located in a lovely and tranquil area, close to the Matadero Madrid and the beautiful Manzanares River. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance of this apartment, so you don't need to go too far for the essentials.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been beautifully renovated and is equipped with quality furnishings.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a range of modern stainless steel appliances.
- The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal to enjoy a drink with a friend as the sun goes down.
- Elena the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
- Madrid Rio nearby provides a fantastic space to exercise outdoors.
- The metro stops just 3 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The mezzanine level and is currently unfurnished, but the landlady can provide a double bed if required. There is a narrow staircase leading up to this level.
