This is a stylish and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in Moncloa-Aravaca. The property is bright, spacious and modern throughout, with a large entrance hall and living room. This gives the property a very 'open' and welcoming feel, perfect for making your home!
the entrance hall has a storage, a dining table and chairs, and also has a beautiful chandelier for light. The kitchen is connected to the entrance hall and is fully furnished with appliances including a modern oven and fridge-freezer. The living room follows, with a huge 4-person sofa, flat-screen TV and direct access to a private terrace. And if having the terrace isn't enough, this one comes with a comfy reading chair and a bookcase, a heating unit, and windows to keep out any brisk winds.
The best part? The building has a swimming pool. a large football field, a park, and 2 tennis courts for you to enjoy. Incredible.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of central Madrid, but still within the M-30 boundaries. The area is known for having a diverse culture and age range, so there are plenty of new people to meet. You can also find a wide range of shopping streets and the ever-popular Calle de Bravo Murillo.

- The property is vast and gives a great vibe to residents.
