This stunning 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the heart of the lively La Latina neighborhood. If you are a fan of modern and industrial decor you will love the wooden flooring, the exposed brick, and the retro SMEG refrigerator. With high ceilings, stylish furniture and artwork, and great views, living here is a true luxury. Both bedrooms come furnished with a double bed, one opening up onto the balcony and the other with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped and you can have a quick meal at the breakfast bar or a nice gathering on the beautiful wooden table.
On Calle Mancebos, you are tucked away on a quieter residential street but are just moments away from all that La Latina has to offer. Right around the corner you can find a street lined with several restaurants which includes Spanish, Mexican, and even vegan food. Getting lost on the surrounding streets, you can also find plenty of great nightlife options. Located in the city center, you are just 10 minutes from popular sights such as Plaza Mayor but also have a metro stop nearby.
What we liked the most

- Bedroom 1 has a balcony and bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You can impress you guests with the built-in floor lighting in the kitchen and living room.
- Not only do you have a huge flat-screen TV, but you also have Netflix and satellite cable.
- This is a great central neighborhood!
