A stylish 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent nearby the iconic Plaza Mayor in Madrid's historic city center. The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the sofa-bed and watch TV, or escape the summer heat in the AC. The living room also has a spacious balcony with incredible views of the Plaza Mayor. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a hairdryer and a big bathtub.
Here in Madrid Centro, you'll have everything at your fingertips. In addition to the Plaza Mayor, the apartment is also right nearby the Puerta del Sol, the delicious Mercado de San Miguel, and the lively La Latina and Lavapiés neighborhoods. Around the area, you'll find tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and nightlife options.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is right in the center of Madrid, next to the iconic Plaza Mayor. Nice.
- Speaking of the Plaza Mayor, there are excellent views of it from the balcony!
- The sofa in the living room folds out into a double bed-- perfect for guests.
- AC is installed in the apartment.
