The apartment has a spacious living room, where you'll find a sofa, a fold-up dining table, and a TV. The kitchen area is open to the living room and has all the essentials, including a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a 2-burner stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom is modern, with lovely tiling and some storage space.
Finally, the bedroom is large and has a double bed. But best of all, it has access to a private balcony to enjoy Madrid in all its sunny glory!
In La Latina, you'll find the very best of Madrid. Around the apartment, you'll have everything you could want-- restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, nightlife hotspots, and historic monuments. On Sundays, be sure to check out the iconic Rastro market, which takes place right outside your front door!
