This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Ríos Rosas, Madrid. It has a large living room which has several sofas and chairs around a coffee table, as well as a flat screen television. There is a dining table which can seat up to 6 people, and large windows which let in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and, although there is no oven, there is a 3-burner stove and a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine for your clothes. There are 3 bathrooms, all with a sink, toilet, and storage space. Bathroom 1 has a bathtub and shower whilst bathrooms 2 and 3 have showers. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and the other bedrooms have twin beds, although they can be pushed together to make a double bed if required.
This property is to the north of Madrid, in the Ríos Rosas area. It has several public transport options that can take you into the centre of Madrid in minutes. There are also several parks, museums, and theatres nearby, as well as a large sports centre. There's no shortage of things to do here! There's also a LIDL supermarket just a 6 minute walk away, meaning you don't have to carry your shopping for miles!
