This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Lavapiés, Madrid. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, a chair, and a small dining table and chairs that can seat 2 people. There is also a wall-mounted flat-screen television which is visible from the sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner stove, and a washing machine for clothes. The living room / kitchen also provides access to a large terrace on which smoking is allowed. The terrace has several sun loungers and a table and chairs that can seat 4 people, as well as a parasol to protect you from the sun, should you need it. From there, you can see over the rooftops to gaze at the whole of Madrid. The bedroom itself has minimalist grey and white decor, with a double bed and a huge built-in wardrobe. It also has reading lights above each side of the bed - perfect for when you just HAVE to read that next chapter... and the next... and the next.
The apartment is incredibly central, meaning you can walk to most places in Madrid from here. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, parks, and more here! If you're not keen on walking, there are also multiple bus stops and train stations, giving you easy access to even the most remote areas of Madrid!
