This charming 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Sepúlveda, in beautiful Madrid Rio, is a spacious 110 m² and comes equipped with AC and gas heating. The exterior property has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite, and there is also a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located right in between the lovely Caramuel and De La Ermita Del Santo parks, and an 8-minute walk from the river. Centro Comercial la Ermita is just down the road, providing easy access to all the essential amenities.
What we liked the most
- The living area is stylishly furnished, including a television, sofa, and dining table.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and receives good natural light.
- Each bedroom is equipped with AC and heating.
- The windows offer beautiful panoramic city views.
- Javier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
- This peaceful area is surrounded by parks and close to the river.
- You can walk to the city centre in about 30 minutes.
