This contemporary 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Berruguete in the genuine residential area of Tetuán. The property has a cosy living room which is stylishly furnished with a comfy couch, a flat screen TV and a small dining table where you can share a meal with your room mates. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook and all bedrooms have windows making them nice and bright with natural light.
The property is located on a calm street but the ones nearby are livelier and have lots of friendly bars and restaurants as well as shops where you can buy your basic amenities. In Tetuán you will be close to The Paseo de la Castellana, there you will find lots of fashionable boutiques and upscale restaurants, and Santiago Bernabeu, where you can join the local fans in support of Real Madrid. Thanks to the excellent public transport, you are no more than 20 minutes away from the city center.
