This modern and stylishly furnished apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room and it's located right in the heart of the city center. The fully-equipped kitchen is just to the right of the main door when you enter the apartment and it has plenty of storage and counter top space. You will love the sleek, induction cooking surface where you can whip up all your favorite meals quickly and enjoy them at the dining room table nearby. In the living room, you will find a cozy and inviting atmosphere with white furniture with an artificial grass rug with a movable blue table on top of it to add a burst of color to the space. You'll find the bedroom fully furnished with a double bed, nightstands and an enormous walk-in closet with extra shelving space. If you are looking to work or live in Madrid's city center, this would be the perfect place to call your new home!
Located in one of the best and popular neighborhoods in Madrid, this property on Calle Valverde in Malasaña surrounded by numerous shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, cafés and you can complete most of your daily errands on foot. The closest supermarket is Eroski City which is a couple doors down to the left and there is also the Mercado Fuencarral located in the other direction. For a fun yet quiet night out with friends, go across the street to Fábrica Maravillas and enjoy a night of cocktails and good laughs. This is the perfect neighborhood to live in if you want to be close to all of the action and events in the city as well have an endless amount of dining, drinks and shopping options nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located just a couple of streets away from Gran Vía, which is the busiest street filled with the most shops, restaurants and bars in all of Madrid.
- The bathroom is split up into two parts with two separate doors but inside, you can see into both side with the toilet, double sinks and bathtub, plus, there is a retractable double sided mirror.
- The washing machine is located inside a cabinet in the kitchen and can be conveniently hidden by closing the door when you have guests visiting.
- All of the furnishings are like new and complement the overall design and style of the apartment.
