This luminous 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for one or two people who want to soak up all that Madrid has to offer! The 42 square meter space features a nice living area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. In addition to the double bed located in the bedroom, there is also a sofa bed, perfect for inviting guests over!
Located in the diverse neighbourhood of Lavapiés, the apartment is surrounded by delicious restaurants, unique cafes and cultural landmarks of Madrid, such as Retiro park and the Reina Sofia art museum. Right beneath the apartment is a delicious tapas bar/ restaurant called Taberna Más Al Sur. There is a supermarket right on the corner. The area is close to the excitement, but also remains quiet at night!

- It is a 5-minute walk to the Antón Martin metro station. This stop connects to line 1, which travels through Madrid's city centre and to the north.
- It is a 5 minute walk to the Lavapiés metro station, which connects to line 3. This line travels north and south through the centre.
- It is less than 15 minutes walking to the Atocha railway station. From this station, it is possible to take the Cercanias train line, which travels around Madrid and to areas outside of the city. It is also possible to take the Renfe train lines, which include the AVE high speed trains. These trains travel to cities all over Spain.
