This 2-bedroom apartment in Carabanchel-Opañel is large and comfortable. The 68 m² space offers a furnished living area, a fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom. The apartment also features a bright terrace and a significant amount of storage space in the bedrooms and living room.
Located in the neighbourhood of Carabanchel, the apartment is in the southwest area of Madrid, in a quieter residential area. There are several public transit connections nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to the large park, Parque Emperatriz María de Austria. There are numerous restaurants and cafes along the streets, as well as a Mercadona supermarket located less than 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious!
- The terrace area is bright and has nice views.
- The location is quiet, but close to public transit connections.
- The living area has comfortable sofas and a big space for a television.
