The charming 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Carretas in the centre of Madrid. The apartment is 50 m² of open plan living and is well equipped with a functional kitchen, washing machine and comfy lounge suite. The bedroom is generously sized and furnished with a double bed and flows into the beautifully refurbished bathroom.
Centro is the centre of Madrid so it is always a busy hive of activity. The apartment is surrounded by historical buildings, high-end shops, parks and the proximity to Puerta del Sol means that there's always something happening just a few minutes away!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated in a rustic style.
- There are several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- You will find a range of modern appliances including an oven, a washing machine and television.
- There is AC for the hot summer months.
- The apartment is centrally located and close to transport and amenities.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is only half-sized, but it is sufficient for 1-2 people.
