This spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Marqués Viudo de Pontejos in central Madrid. The well equipped property covers an area of 60 m² and has a cozy living area, separate kitchen with a dishwasher, and plenty of storage throughout.
Centro is the heart of Madrid, and also the oldest part of the city. This means that you have a variety of iconic buildings as well as cafes, parks and streets to explore and not far to go when Puerta del Sol plaza is hosting an event!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is centrally located and close to transport and amenities.
- The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook.
- There are several large windows that provide plenty of natural light.
- The bedroom has a double bed and big built-in wardrobe.
- The living area is generously sized and furnished with 2 sofas.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is not dryer so you will need to hang your clothes to dry them.
