This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Calle del Espíritu Santo is modern and bright. It opens into a bright white equipped kitchen with parquet flooring and a 6-seat table. There are sliding panels with mirrors that opens the space even more. From this central location you can turn left or past the sliding panels to reach the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If you turn right, you enter into the spacious living room with two sofas, a flatscreen TV and two beautiful French doors leading to standing-room balconies. Although a mostly contemporary space, there are a few really nice rustic furniture pieces, and wonderful exposed brick touches.
Located in Malasaña, you are in the land of the hipsters (or so some say!) It’s a youthful and vibrant area of town filled with colorful cafés, theaters and art galleries. You’re a 6-minute walk from the funky and retro Tupper Ware Bar and a 5-minute stroll from Temple Susu, which is the most popular second-hand store in the city. For the health-minded, there is a gym located a few paces from your door, and you aren’t going to have any issues finding vegetarian restaurants in this neighborhood. Close to the University of Madrid, this is a perfect and central location.
