This cosy 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de los Peñascales in Fuente del Berro. The apartment has a comfortable open-plan living area, with a compact, but well equipped kitchen. Lots of wood gives the space a rustic feel, but this is offset by the contemporary fittings, and designer soft-furnishings.
Fuente del Berro is a peaceful well-off suburb close to Salamanca. The apartment is just around the corner from the area's attractive park, and a short walk from busier roads where you can find plenty of shopping, along with restaurants and bars.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom in the apartment has a high-tech massage shower.
- Although the kitchen is small, it has all the mod-cons, including a dishwasher.
- Quinta de la Fuente del Berro is a very attractive park with lawns and flowering shrubs, and it's just a minute's walk from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 2 is on a mezzanine level, which is open to the living area.
