This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Barrilero, Retiro, has an equipped kitchen and a living area that opens out onto a lovely enclosed balcony. The 60 m² property is located in a brand new apartment building that has parking and an outdoor swimming pool.
Located right next to a big shopping mall with a Corte Ingles and movie theatre, this apartment will make a convenient base to explore the city. Enrique Tierno Galván Park and Madrid's planetarium are within walking distance, and you can also access the metro and train nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very stylish.
- The balcony offers lovely street views.
- The living area has a dining table, sofa bed and a television.
- The kitchen has plenty of bench space and is modern and fully equipped.
- There is a supermarket 300m away.
- The landlord told us there is a great bar right in the corner of the apartment.
