This charismatic 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Fuencarral in Madrid's popular Malasaña neighbourhood. The property opens up into a beautiful living room which has nice wooden rooftop beams and 2 skylights making it nice and bright. The room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV and a foldable dining table while the small kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.
Malasaña is one of Madrid's most famous and trendy areas while it is also very central and close to all the best the city has to offer. Right outside your door you will find a variety of cool boutiques, excellent restaurants and hip nightclubs. You will also live within walking distance of some of the city's most famous historic sights and other popular neighborhoods.
What we liked the most
- The apartment gets plenty of natural light thanks to the skylights in the living room and bedrooms.
- The living room and bedroom has 2 air conditioning, you will love this during the hot Spanish summers.
- The location is truly excellent. There are lots of things to see and do right outside and you are close to the best this city has to offer.
