This large 1-bedroom apartment on Carrera de San Francisco, La Latina, is 70 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The 2-storey property has a gorgeous living room with a balcony, separate kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location, right in between the river and the city centre. Sol is a 16-minute walk away, and you will also find the Royal Palace, Mercado de la Cebada and the Plaza Mayor within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is spacious and very tidy.
- There is an oven, microwave, and a washing machine.
- The apartment has a central location, but overlooks a quiet street.
- There are televisions in both the living area and bedroom.
- The bedroom has its own ensuite and there is a 2nd bathroom by the entrance hall.
- You can walk to many of Madrid's most well-known attractions.
- The Basilica de San Francisco is located nearby.
