The apartment is located in Principe Pio, a quiet area nestled between the Manzanares and Parque del Oeste. Stroll along the Manzanares in the afternoon and stop for a drink at one of the many bars and restaurants along the way.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is just across the road from a beautiful park.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space and a washing machine.
- The living room is spacious and furnished with a comfortable sofa and dining table.
- The apartment gets plenty of natural light.

- The second bedroom is currently an office space, however the landlord can provide a single bed and desk if needed.
