Intimate 1-bedroom apartment to rent in Palacio - Plaza de España district. This is a very comfortable property in one of Madrid's most beautiful neighbourhoods. You'll love this unique property as it features modern amenities and furnishings as well as a quirky layout. The living room is one of the highlights of this property. Hang out on the couch and watch TV or have a romantic dinner for two at the cute dinner table. The bedroom has a double bed and tons of wardrobe space for storing clothes and personal items.
You can't beat the location of this apartment. Not only are you in the the city centre, you're next to the Royal Palace, Madrid's opera house and Plaza de España. There are tons of restaurants, cafés and greenspace all within walking distance of your home. For a truly unique experience, try Zhou Yulong, the Chinese restaurant located inside Plaza de España's parking garage. Later, take a stroll up Gran Vía and enjoy the classic buildings of Madrid.
