Rooms are available to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Porvinir, which is excellent for shared living. The property has a spacious living room where you have a large comfy couch, a TV, lots of shelfing and a sizable dining table as well as access to a balcony which overlooks the interior courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter space and the property has 2 bathrooms.
Salamanca is an elegant area just to the north of central Madrid where you will find lots of excellent shopping options and restaurants. Living here you will be close to the IE business School, the Paseo de la Castellana shopping districts and Quinta de la Fuente del Berro. Many of the city's most popular sights and neighbourhoods are within walking distance but you are also well-connected, with 2 metro stops only 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The balcony in the living room is large and has a tranquil view of the interior patio.
- The bedrooms are all interior, making them nice and quiet at night.
- The kitchen has a lot of counter space and there are 2 bathrooms in the property, perfect for shared living.
- The property is in a central and well-connected area where there is lots to see and do.
