This luminous and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in a vibrant and central area on Gran Vía de San Francisco. The spacious property boasts 80 m² and has a living room with 2 comfy couches, a TV and a dining table and there is also a large balcony where you can enjoy the sun. The kitchen comes fully equipped, the bedroom has a double bed and lots of storage space and the apartment has lots of cool artwork and colourful details throughout, giving it a very lively atmosphere.
La Latina is a friendly and fun neighbourhood where you will find charming streets with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Living here you will have the city center and all its famous sights within walking distance and on Sundays the area hosts El Rastro flea market for you to enjoy. The apartment is right around the corner from the peaceful Parque de la Cornisa, there are some small shops in the street outside and there is a metro station less than 5 minutes away, so you can easily connect with the rest of Madrid.
