This bright 1-bedroom apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Avda Valladolid in a central residential area. The apartment opens up into the practical living room and kitchen area, where you will find a comfy couch, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for inviting friends and loved ones over. The bedroom is cosy and has a double bed and plenty of space to store your clothes, the living room also has a big and stylish bookshelf.
Principe Pio is a calm residential area in the center of Madrid where you are close to some of the city's main attractions. Madrid Rio, Casa de Campo and Parque del Oeste can all be reached in 10 minutes by foot, perfect for lazy days, and you can walk to the city center in around 30 minutes. The area is also home to a shopping mall and with many options for public transport, you can easily connect with the rest of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- Parking is available and included in the rent.
- The property has AC, a real luxury in hot Spanish summers.
- The stylish wall-sized bookshelf in the living room has tons of space for books and decorations.
- The apartment is in a calm residential area, which is still within walking distance of the city center and very well-connected.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no Wi-Fi installed in the property. If requested you will have to call a service provider and set this up after move-in.
- The bedroom does come with a mattress.
