Located on Calle de Coslada in the Guindalera district is this charming 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent. The apartment is compact, but has stylish furniture and makes use of all the available space. There is a small kitchen corner that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The living room area opens up onto a balcony and has a separate dining and sitting area. The bedroom is quite spacious and has an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the large Avenida de América station. With connections to several metro lines and buses, getting around Madrid could not be easier. Around the corner, you also have Calle de Francisco Silvela, which is lined with pizzerias, sushi restaurants, shops, and cocktail bars. The endless amount of venues will never leave you bored and always give you a new place to try out.

What we liked the most

  • There are big windows that keep the apartment bright and fresh.
  • There is extra storage space underneath the mattress – useful!
  • The landlord also provides an iron and ironing boards.
  • The apartment is a 10-minute walk to the IE Business School.
