This spacious 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in Salamanca provides an elegant and cozy home that can sleep up to 5 people. When you walk through the door you are greeted by 150 m² of high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, polished wood flooring, and stylish decor. All the common areas are quite spacious and you can choose to relax in the living room, dining room, or eat-in kitchen, that also has a breakfast bar.
On busy Príncipe de Vergara, the apartment provides a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The apartment faces an interior patio maintaining a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but once you step out of your door you find a high-traffic street lined with bars, restaurants, and lots of shopping options. You have everything you need within walking distance, but are also well-connected by metro.
What we liked the most
- Miguel the homechecker loves the views of the green interior patio!
- All the rooms come with a personal TV.
- Bedroom 1 has a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
- There is a dishwasher – great for dinner parties.
- There is a huge laundry room that can also be used as a pantry or extra storage room.
- There are AC units in almost every room to keep you cool during summer.
Things to keep in mind
- The rooms do not have wardrobes, but there are large built-in wardrobes in the corridor and Bedroom 3.
- Bedroom 3 has a sofa bed that opens up into a double bed and is a bit dark.
