You can access the balcony from both the bedroom and living room, which provides an airy and bright atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and living room also have white detailing which makes the space feel big and elegant.
The apartment is on a quiet and residential street in Nueva España, but has several metro stops and bus stops nearby. Right around the corner you can find basic amenities such as a bank, restaurants, and pharmacy. But just a short walk away you reach Paseo de la Castellana which is lined with trendy bars and restaurants and plenty of shops that selling everything from clothing to electronics.
