This modern and newly renovated 44 m ² apartment, which has air conditioning, has rooms to rent on Calle de Zaida. Living here you will have a balcony with views of your residential area and there is a comfy living room with a couch and dining table. Both bedrooms get a lot of natural light from their windows and the fresh bathroom has a big shower and beautiful tiling.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished with single beds, wardrobes and exterior street views.
In Carabanchel you will experience the traditional Spanish lifestyle and you have plenty of options for eating out, shopping and entertainment. The apartment is within a short walk of several large parks and when you want to connect to the rest of the city, the metro is only a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The property is newly renovated and very bright with natural light.
- There is AC in some rooms, perfect for the hot Spanish summers.
- Several large city parks where you can relax on hot days can be found only a short walk from the apartment.
