The 32 m ² property is sunny, and it has a large interior patio where you can hang clothes to dry. The living room is spacious and modern, and it has a big sofa, a dining table, a TV, and a portable AC unit for those hot, hot Madrid summers. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a 2-burner stove, a washing machine, and a toaster. The bathroom is small but practical, and it is very bright and clean.
The apartment sits on the border of both Lavapiés and Embajadores, 2 of Madrid's most lively, central, and exciting neighborhoods. Well-connected by metro, cercanías, and bus, the Lavapiés/Embajadores area is famous in Madrid for its excellent nightlife and multicultural atmosphere. At just a short walk from all of Madrid's major sites and other fun neighborhoods, Lavapiés and Embajadores are ideal neighborhoods to call home in Madrid.
