This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Malasaña is 93 m² and opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views. The property is equipped with AC, central heating and has an office, living area and a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and a microwave.
The apartment is located in a fashionable area, close to the Modern Art Museum, Plaza de España and Parque del Oeste. You will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city nearby, and several public transport options within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has good storage space.
- The office is equipped with a desk, chair and bookcase.
- You will also find a washer-dryer to take care of you laundry.
- Bedroom 1 is equipped with AC and a double bed.
- Bedroom 2 has a desk that can be converted into a single bed.
- Shops, bars, restaurants and markets will be right on your doorstep.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- The red chair in the living room will not be there by the time tenants move in.
- There will be a TV, but will be smaller than the one you can see in the photos.
