This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Malasaña covers an area of 40 m² and has been nicely renovated. The property is equipped with AC and has a charming open plan kitchen and living area with a television, sofa, and all you need to prepare your meals.
This area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. Plaza de España and the Gran Via are 5 minutes away on foot, and you can also walk to the Royal Palace, Opera and the Plaza Mayor.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quiet and receives good natural light.
- The kitchen is modern and well-equipped.
- The bedroom has charming sloping ceilings.
- Malasaña is one of the nicest areas to live in Madrid.
- There is an organic food market right across the road from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
