There is a contemporary 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in this 32-apartment building complex in Ciudad Lineal. The 95 m² apartment has a stylish and well-decorated living room with big windows and a large eat-in kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, one which is ensuite, both modern and clean. There is also central AC to help you survive Madrid's summer months.
The apartment is located on Calle San Higinio which is a residential area surrounded by multiple apartment complexes. There are plenty of basic amenities less than 5 minutes away such as a dry cleaners and a pharmacy. You also have a Mercadona grocery store nearby – perfect for you weekly shopping.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and has modern decor.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom.
- We love the big kitchen!
- Tenants have access to a private gym shared with other tenants in the building.
- There is a parking space available in the building garage.
- You are only 5 minutes away from the closest metro stop.
