This 2-bedroom, 4th floor apartment is available to rent on Calle de la Ruda in La Latina. The apartment has a large living room, with 2 balconies overlooking the Mercado de la Cebada. There are comfortable furnishings, and a big dining table in this room also. The master bedroom has a double bed, and also has a small balcony. The smaller bedroom has a single bed, but comes with a trundle-bed beneath, and there are 2 balconies in this room. The kitchen is narrow, but well equipped and has plenty of cooking space, and there is a full bathroom, with a shower over the bathtub.
The apartment is in one of Madrid's most beloved areas. Shopping is plentiful in the area, with the popular Cebada food market just across the street, a Carroufour Express supermarket moments away for those last-minute purchases, and lots of other shops in the area. It's also well-known for dining, with Calle Cava Baja, the tapas centre of the city just a few minutes walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright, due to the 5 balconies accessible throughout.
- The very large living room is comfortable.
- You can buy all of your fresh food at the market just across the street.
- And when you don't want to cook, stroll to Calle Cava Baja and do a tapas bar crawl!
