This fantastic 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle de Espronceda in the Rios Rosas neighbourhood of Madrid. The apartment has a huge living room, which is semi-open to the kitchen and dining room spaces. The apartment is interior, but the courtyard is extremely spacious, and the apartment is on the top floor, so everything is as bright as an exterior apartment. Everything in the apartment is beautifully finished to a high standard, and is completely modern. There is one shared bathroom, as well as a full en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom (bedroom 3).
Rios Roasas, located just north of Almagro, is a quieter district than its more central neighbours, but still has plenty going on. As well as plenty of local amenities, including grocery stores, banks, and other useful shops and services, there are a selection of excellent bars and restaurants in the area, where the locals spend time in the evening. Like much of Madrid, there's a great sense of community here. And for when you need to visit the city centre, there's plenty of transport options nearby.
What we liked the most
- This is an apartment that a lot of thought and care has gone into decorating and furnishing, and it shows.
- We love the kitchen in particular – it's bright and modern, and has tons of storage space, all the mod-cons, and a double sink!
- The bedrooms are spacious too - this whole apartment is bright and airy. It will make a lovely family home.
- And the bathrooms are amazing too! Check out the frosted glass wall to the en-suite - it's a lovely touch.
