This 6th floor 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid City Center provides beautiful scenic views. The 64 m² apartment has a great layout with all rooms receiving plenty natural light. There is a well-furnished living room/dining room, an equipped kitchen, and 2 ensuite bathrooms.
The apartment is on the border of Madrid City Center and the Príncipe Pío, which is really an ideal location. You are only 15 minutes to the bustling Plaza Mayor and Sol areas, but are also a short walk to the Madrid River and large Parque el Oeste. You also have the choice of strolling down the center's shopping streets or stopping by the Príncipe Pío shopping center.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is has simple yet elegant decor.
- Bedroom 1 has that walk-in closet you have always dreamed of.
- Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom.
- The kitchen may seem small, but there is extra storage and the oven in the large attached balcony.
- You are only 15 minutes from the famous Puerta del Sol.
