There is a large and cozy living room with plenty of seating space for you and your guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet room to share.
Nueva España is a residential neighborhood located north of the Madrid city center. Neighboring the business district, this area is popular with professionals. Although quiet and peaceful, the area has a lot to offer with delicious restaurants and the Mercado de Chamartín. You are 1-minute from a metro stop, making it easy to move around Madrid quickly.
What we liked the most
- The living room is huge and has a lot of comfortable seating.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- Bedroom 3 has a lot of storage space and an ensuite bathroom.
- If you travel for work, you are only a few stops away from the airport.
- The apartment is across the street from the ESERP Business School Madrid campus.
